BC Home Sales to Remain Strong Through 2017

BCREA January 2016 Housing Update It seems the preditions are for the residential sales in the province of British Columbia are expected to edge back 6.3 percent to 96,100 units in 2016. Home sales suprassed the 100,000 unit threshold for only the third time on record last year, as strong market fundamentals and elevated consumer confidence charged demand.
